AND, drumroll please! My very first children's book is releasing on the same day. The Blessings Jar is a story about being thankful. Punky Grace's grammy teaches her how to look for the good things God gives us every day. The illustrator Rebecca Harry did a marvelous job of making the protagonist look just like my own little Punky Grace. When Alexa saw the first copy, she squealed, "My children's book is out!" and hugged it to her chest. Soo cute! I'm eager to see what you all think about it. And for those savvy readers who have read all my books, you just might recognize the setting. . .
