Two words. Or two words and one letter. Vitamin B. I found this out by drinking Rockstar Sugarfree which I'm now addicted to. It has the B vitamins. Nails used to be weak and now they grow long and strong. Go figure.
My mom used to have thin nails that ripped and she could never get them long. She used the Nailtiques line of nail polish and has nails that naturally look like she has a french manicure. She has to apply it faithfully, but it really did work for her. Good luck!
What type of drink is Rockstar Sugarfree, Denise? Where can I find it?
I'll check out that nail polish, Heather. Thanks!
I have thin nails also and they tear very easy, they can't get out before they start to tear, don't know what to do about it.

Wear gloves and focus on your toenails. Get a pedicure :)
LOL, Suzanne!
Drink milk and take vitamins.
No advice, but thanks for me finally knowing why I have lost my toenail 3 times -- too strong of polish! lol Another mystery solved.
