Love the pic of the grandkids. Even in the up-close (by clicking the photo)the hats looked great, by the way! Bravo for you!
My dreams for 2009? Lose weight. Figure out a way to overcome my back pain--and be a better mom, wife, follower of Christ, teacher, etc. Not very original, are they? Oh, yes. And two of my other goals (every year) are to take risks (outside of my comfort zone, but not stupid things)AND read as many books as I can! You four need to keep those novels coming so that I can meet that goal by reading your books!!! :) Many thanks for the enjoyable reads this last year!
Great idea about the risks thing, Pam! I hate stepping out of my comfort zone, but it's a good idea to try this year! Thanks for the inspiration!

Any word on your new book that was supposed to come out Fall 2008?
My goals include writing more and better book reviews on my blog, find a better job, take better care of my personal appearance, and keep the house cleaner and less junk. :)
Happy New Year, Di!! Love Rachel
My dreams? Wow, I dream big! LOL But I did actually write down specific goals and plan to work towards them! Hope you Girls have a blessed and joyful 2009!
Lose weight. Lose weight. Lose weight. Hey if I say it enough, maybe I'll believe it. LOL
Sorry, Brittanie, that book is out of commission. :-( But I have two others coming out next year. :-)
Hope you had a great New Year's Day, Rachel!
I love your enthusiasm, Robin!
I hear you, Colleen! The bags of M&Ms are definitely banned from our house. GULP.
Those grands are extra cute in those fabulously warm hand crocheted/knitted hats! How fun. Cute, too, that all of them wore it for a picture for you. ;)
My dreams for 2009? Revamp/refocus my blog, finish my very own manuscript to actually send out, continue the new eating habits I started in 2008, work on my house, get stronger (again,) work on letting my boys go, look for ways to spend time with my hubby, read through my new version Bible (this is an ESV.)
Dream on!
