Oh my goodness, I can so relate! I can't believe how much you and your daughter look alike! WOW!
As Bob Hope would say, thanks for the memories.
Oh man, that makes me feel old . . .
Groovy!! Peace out.
You look darling, Colleen!
Oh, wow, the memories.
"Little surfer, little one
Make my heart come all undone
Do you love me, do you,
Surfer Girl? My Little Surfer Girl!"
That was my favorite song, back when I had the long hair and the bellbottoms--my whole novel takes place in the '60s and do I love it when editors said "We don't want an historical." I beg your pardon! LOL I also loved "Sukiyaki," http://www.maddmansrealm.com/sukiyaki/mp3.htm and "Hey, Girl," and "Just One Look." *sigh*
Didn't you love the Beach Boys?
I was born in 1980, and I love the Beach Boys! They're timeless!
How precious you look! Um, is that Dave or Kara?
The little guy I'm holding is my son Dave. Look at those curls! He's still got 'em.
What a great picture. So lovely!
