I sit in my comfy chair in the living room...I don't get much done there but at least I'm comfortable.
I don't have a fav.
don't mean to be a nag, but Denise,
do you put your labtop on something to it off your lap?
That is so funny, Denise. I'm the same way. After writing for 10 years in one corner of our living room, I finally have a beautiful dedicated office all to myself and where do I end up almost every day? At the bar counter in our kitchen. There I have a kitchen-window view across the street to the meadow, I can watch for the mail and the UPS guy, and hear the fountain in the backyard. Perfect. Offices, who needs 'em. ; )
Denise, I'm exactly like you. I have a computer desk in a corner of my bedroom, but do I write there? Nope. I'm on one end of the couch where I can look out the window. So much better than stuck in a corner.
LOL Jel, yes, I have a laptop thing to keep it off my lap. That's so funny how we work everywhere but our desk! I think it just feels less like work that way. :)
Love my recliner where I write. It's by the window and it's my "nest." I have my research books around me, my coffee, my Bible, everything I need. :)
I can't write at home. I can edit there, even at my desk. But I go to Starbucks during the creation portion of my stories. The noises there don't know my name. ;)
I love that desk. I have been thinking that I need a larger desk. I have books all over mine. I love that set-up for your laptop too. Cool!
